Dashboards: No Amazon Aurora services are available on MySQL Amazon Aurora Details dashboard for selection

User impact: Service name variable is empty. No charts are populated.
Investigation result:
It's used metric mysql_global_variables_aurora_lab_mode for getting aurora instances.
But it's not stable and could have no data for few days.
