Backup Management: Active progress indicator

User story:
As a PMM user, I need to be able to see the status of the backup more visually so that I can understand that some process is going on.

UI/UX:
TBD. ali.ndlovu, I think we can reuse recent discussions re DBaaS progress bar? + some "animated" spinner so the user aware it's "processing."

Acceptance criteria

• user able visually see the status of backup
• User can understand that process is going on, not just a text status
• Documentation:
  • Updated Documentation with new presentation

• Stages or % presentation of the progress
