Description
User story:
As a PMM user, I need to be able to collect properly data exposed by pg_stat_monitor plugin based on the next dimension plugin exposed in PG-196
UI/UX:

Acceptance criteria
- Data from PG collected and stored in PMM(QAN) with respect to newly added dimensions
- Fileds from pg_stat-monitor converted to dimensions are: application_name, top_queryid, planid
- QAN working as previously, but grouping data from different new dimensions if here several records for one Fingerprint
- API supports new dimensions
Out of scope:
- UI presentation of dimensions
