    Description

      User impact:

      Unnecessary error

      STR:

      Install PMM 2.20.0 (DBaaS not enabled)
      Go to /graph/dbaas/kubernetes

      Expected result:

      No error, only text "DBaaS is disabled. You can enable it in PMM Settings." shown as is worked with PMM 2.19.0 and lower.
