Integrated Alerting - API should allow textual TLS configs for webhooks

Our current API is exposing Alert Manager's fields, which doesn't allow to pass TLS configurations as text content (CA, certificate and key), but rather as a file path.
We should adapt our API so that these three fields can be sent as text content from the UI, the same way we do in "Add Service".
