    Description

      User story:
      As a Percona Portal user, I need to see a list and contacts of Contact persons from Percona associated with my Company(Org), so when I need some help from Percona, I know who to ask.

      UI/UX:

      Acceptance criteria:

      • user able to see the list of assigned people from Percona working with his company
      • This section replaces the general section of contacts from SAAS-503
      • The list of the users is the same as it existed in ServiceNos and populated from it.

      Out of scope: PO/Team on grooming/pre-grooming

      Suggested implementation:
      1. Create and expose endpoint with list of contacts.
      2. Get these contact from ServiceNow.
      3. Replace general section of contacts.

      When you have some relations with Percona, we assign some specific people to your account. Usually, this is the Technical Account Manager, who is the first point of contact for users. Might also be some other people assigned.
