Backup Management: User is not able to see MongoDB backup logs if backup was taken on older version of pmm-server

User Impact:

User is not able to display logs from backups which were take from service on older version of pmm-server (2.22.0 -> 2.23.0) even do in jobs table the logs are present.

Steps to Reproduce:
#1 Create some mongodb backups on 2.22.0 - (show logs feature is available from 2.23.0)
#2 after the backup is taken upgrade pmm-server & client to 2.23.0 
#3 click on logs link to display backup logs taken in step 1 

Actual Result:
Logs are empty but they are still present in jobs table.

Expected Result:
Logs should be visible via Logs link no matter on which version of pmm-server the actual backup was taken - check the attachment
