Dashboards: Changing the timezone on dashboards does not persist navigation

Go to a dashboard, MySQL Instance Summary, for example. Change the timezone to UTC. Observe that all graphs update to new TZ. Go to a different dashboard, MySQL InnoDB Details. TZ has been reset to browser default.

If the user changes a setting, this setting should persist until changed again by user. Very irritating to have to continually change the TZ every time I change dashboards.
