Integrated Alerting: Alert Rules: Add examples to the filters tooltip

User impact:
User can not understand the format of filters to specify while Alert Rule creation
 

Steps to reproduce:
Enable Integrated Alerting
Go to Alert Rules and try to create an Alert Rule
 

Actual result:
The filters section does not contain examples of filters which could be specified.
 

Expected result:
The filters section contains examples of filters wich could be specified.
 e.g
service_name=mysql123, node_name=node1
