    Description

      User Impact: Wrong Information about Replica Set Member states shown on the dashboard, duplicate values displayed, could create confusion. 

      STR: 

      1) Setup MongoDB Replicaset, open Mongodb ReplSet Summary Dashboard, the first report shows connected replica sets with their status. 
      2) Change metrics resolution to rare
      3) Open the Dashboard board, it now shows duplicate replica sets.
