Performance Schema dashboard needs null as zero and consistent stacking

      Description

      Hi,

      Performance Schema graph right now looks very strange - (ugly and incorrect)

      It is wrong because it suppose to be the staircase graph, yet some of the series do not contain all values (have nulls) and nulls causes values to be shown as null even if staircase is enabled

      if we use "null as zero" for this series we're able to have it working with staircase properly:

      Note:

      Also this graph looks out of place how other graphs are designed - other graphs on the page are not using either staircase or stacking of the data. We probably want to correct it one way or another.
