Use admin user in PMM DBaaS for MongoDB

    Description

      Right now when I create MongoDB cluster in PMM DBaaS I get the username and password for userAdmin user.

      In 1.13 (see K8SPSMDB-636) version of the Operator we are going to introduce new user - perconaAdmin. This user is going to provide administrative capabilities out of the box without the need to create other users.

      Please use this user instead in PMM DBaaS.
