Redirection from Home Dashboard Stats Panel to Node Summary doesn't work

With 2.27.0 when we change the stats panel, it seems we broke away to redirect from the Stats Panel to the node-summary dashboard when the user clicked inside the stats panel number, right now the only way for them to redirect is by clicking the Arrow on the top of the stats panel.

We have an ugly formula displayed when users hover over any panel, this was not existing before, so we should handle this too. 

User Impact: Broken Redirection could cause many users with confusion about redirection not working. 

STR:

1) Open Home Dashboard

2) Navigate down to look at any instance stats in the stats panel

3) CPU usage stats panel had a way to redirect to Node Summary

4) the Only way we can redirect is when the user clicks on the top left corner of each panel.
