CPU Usage for Postgres Exporter is on a higher side

    Description

      During Release testings for 2.27.0 and 2.28.0 both, we found CPU usage increasing specifically for Postgres exporter

      it could be related to scraping resolution changes we did as part of 2.27.0 release

       

      The increase you observe starts showing up since the upgrade of the client to 2.270 and then keeps consistent, this was a PMM-Server 2.26.0 upgraded all the way to 2.28.0 

      User Impact: Higher CPU usage due to increased resource consumption by Postgres exporter doesn't follow do not harm principle, could impact the performance of DB
