    Description

      OS: CentOS7

      Percona: 5.7.22

We have a system that uses multiple instances of Percona Server listening on multiple ports.  To assist in isolation of various configuration elements, we utilize multiple .cnf files.

      /etc/percona-server.conf.d/my-3306.cnf, /etc/percona-server.conf.d/my-3307.cnf, etc.

Following a recent patch, /etc/percona-server.conf.d/mysqld.cnf was created with a [mysqld] group.  When this was in place, it broke all other configurations that used [mysqld@3306] or similar groups from functioning correctly.

Normal operation was returned when the rogue file/GNR was removed.

When this was in place, it broke all other configurations that used [mysqld@3306] or similar groups from functioning correctly.
