conflict happens on the innochecksum when PS 8 is installed over upstream on Debian/Ubuntu

      Description

      When trying to over-install (installing PS without removing upstream packages) conflict happens on the innochecksum.

      It would be better if this was resolved before the upgrade process proceeds.
