    Description

      After PS-5326, the debug build code for sporadic-binlog-dump-fail max-binlog-dump-events broke due to binlog read-ahead introduced at Binlog_sender::send_format_description_event for pre-8.0.15 binlog decryption. This shows up as infinite loop at rpl_nogtid.rpl_sporadic_master.

          New Feature - A new feature of the product, which has yet to be developed. PS-5326 8.0.14 should be able to decrypt binary logs encrypted with 8.0.13
