tarball names broken on webpage downloads for 8.0.15-6 and 5.7.26-29

This is same as PXC-2576.

Tarball names for PS 8.0.15-6 and 5.7.26-29 seem broken.

5.7.26-29:
Percona-Server-5.7.26-29-Linux.x86_64.ssl100.tar.gz
Percona-Server-5.7.26-29-Linux.x86_64.ssl101.tar.gz
Percona-Server-5.7.26-29-Linux.x86_64.ssl1:111.tar.gz

8.0.15-6:
Percona-Server-8.0.15-6-Linux.x86_64.ssl100.tar.gz
Percona-Server-8.0.15-6-Linux.x86_64.ssl102.tar.gz
Percona-Server-8.0.15-6-Linux.x86_64.ssl.tar.gz

The last line for every version seems problematic and inconsistent with how they were before (probably ssl101).
We have some automation for downloading binary tarballs so this broke our scripts.
