keyring_vault tests are failing on Jenkins

    Description

      The Token needed to be renewed. This has been done by David Busby and Slava has propagated the new Token to all Jenkins machines.

      However, there was also a problem on Debian machines. It was logged as Jenkins issue: JEN-1127 keyring_vault tests timeout on Debian.

      It was diagnosed that also curl locally installed on Debian suffers from this problem. Thus this is not a Jenkins problem.
