      Description

The documentation for the `thread_handling` variable is missing from online docs:
      https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/LATEST/performance/threadpool.html

It should be listed in the System Variables section, as all the other thread pool variables available. Otherwise, we don't know if it's global/session, dynamic, its default value, etc.

I would expect something like the following to apply here:

      Command Line: Yes
      Config File: Yes
      Scope: Global
      Dynamic: No
      Variable Type: String
      Default Value: one-thread-per-connection
      Allowed Values: one-thread-per-connection, pool-of-threads

But haven't fully checked the code to double-check, so take it with a pinch of salt

I checked docs for 5.6, 5.7 and 8.0 and it's not included in any of them.
