X Plugin: Reconfigure Certificate at runtime.

After versions, 8.0.16+ is possible to reconfigure the TLS certificate at runtime.

However, this feature does not affect the TLS context used by other enabled server plugins or components such as X Plugin

Suggested Feature:
Extend the reload certificate at runtime to X Plugin.
