      Description

If a user creates a custom /etc/my.cnf and then removes percona server package, this file is moved to /etc/my.cnf.rpmsave

When user installs percona server packages (for upgrade or swap  out to PXC) a  brand new /etc/my.cnf is created. This wipes away all custom configuration that was previously running.

Our new default my.cnf should, at minimum, contain `!includedir /etc/my.cnf.d/` so that custom configrations can be preserved during package removal/install.
