Correct package to include coredumper.a as a dependency of libperconaserverclient20-dev

libcordumper.a appears to be a dependency of the client, but isn't included in the packaging. With the previous release I could simply link libmysqlcppconn against the client libraries, but with current version it throws an error because libcordumper.a isn't present.
