Description

Specifying incorrect parameters to the LDAP plugin will lock mysqld:

 2020-09-29T13:52:28.990359Z 0 [Warning] [MY-000000] [Server] Too many connections

Error log will print:

2020-09-29T13:54:08.061091Z 32 [Warning] [MY-000000] [Server] Plugin authentication_ldap_simple reported: ': Unsuccesful bind: ldap_sasl_bind_s(cn=zoidberg,cn=Users,dc=perconatest,dc=com) Can't contact LDAP server'

We should print warnings instead and make this a non-fatal error, and return immediately.
