DOC change to provide the correct Community URL

Hi,

Need a change of the url mentioned on the page - https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/8.0/release-notes/Percona-Server-8.0.21-12.html.

The upstream URL mentioned in the below line should be changed to the correct one:

Percona Server for MySQL 8.0.21-12 includes all the features and bug fixes available in MySQL 8.0.21 Community Edition in addition to enterprise-grade features developed by Percona.

URL mentioned at MySQL 8.0.21 Community Edition is https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/8.0/en/news-8.0.21-12.html which leads to  "PAGE NOT FOUND." Correct it to https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/8.0/en/news-8-0-21.html which is working.
