Each time I stop replication on a semi-sync replica, I see this error in the logs on the source:

Started seeing this immediately after upgrading to 8.0.28-20 (from 8.0.26).

To repeat:

1. Setup a source/replica with semi-sync replication.
2. Stop replication (stop replica) on the replia
3. View error log on the source
