bin/pt-online-schema-change not in sync with modules

    Description

      commit ac9cf1b7a9369b81d831cbce62fe2e1acbec4f6c seems to change bin/pt-online-schema-change directly and not update the module.

       

      Running ./util/update-modules bin/pt-online-schema-change seems to undo this change.

       

      Maybe create a test to see if update-modules modifies anything
