PT version in testing repository is incorrect

When the percona toolkit package is installed from the testing repository then the version is displayed as 3.1.0. This is incorrect as the latest percona toolkit version is 3.2.0

sudo percona-release enable-only ps-80 testing
sudo percona-release enable tools testing
sudo apt install -y percona-toolkit
pt-align --version
pt-align 3.1.0

Hence the percona toolkit version in the testing repository should be updated to 3.2.0.
