LP #1008240: t/pt-query-digest/processlist.t occasionally fails

The "--processlist correctly observes and measures multiple queries" tests tends to fail on slower computers. Just running it in a loop should be enough to reproduce the problem. The issue is probably caused by Processlist.pm counting the same query as more than one if they change from executing to sleep.
