LP #1638017: EMC ECS Swift API Authorization request

EMC ECS supports a Swift API. During authorization calls, ECS returns HTTP Status 204. The xbcloud utility only currently accepts HTTP Status 200. Need support for HTTP status 204 (No content) to support EMC ECS with xbcloud.
