Galera fails after MDL BF-BF conflict

    Description

      Our 3-node galera cluster (one is garb) is completely broken after running simple alter table like that:

      ALTER TABLE `categories` ADD `import_enabled` ENUM('0', '1') NULL;
UPDATE `categories` SET `import_enabled` = '1' WHERE `is_import_category` = '1';
