Create AWS marketplace setup wizard

Description

Why: we need to have additional verification on the user based on Amazon Marketplace rules

Use Case: As a PMM User who installed PMM AMI using AWS Marketplace I need to be asked for my Instance ID so that I can prove my access to AWS Console

  1. Installation page for AMI where the user is forced to enter AMI Instance ID goes before Grafana Login page

  2. We need to use Design from PMM1 (need to be added to the issue )

Both backend and frontend code is fully merged. Additionally, https://github.com/Percona-Lab/pmm-submodules/pull/560 is provided for testing – it enabled AWS setup wizard for Docker too, with fixed password 112708.
