Provide Proper Error message

Description

Hi,

If I run install I get error message as such:

root@minecraft-server:/tmp# sudo pmm-admin config --server 10.11.13.13
Unable to connect to PMM server by address: 10.11.13.13

  • Check if the configured address is correct.

  • If server is running on non-default port, ensure it was specified along
    with the address.

  • If server is enabled for SSL or self-signed SSL, enable the corresponding
    option.

  • You may also check the firewall settings.

It would be great to provide clear error message in this case - is this
connection refused ? Host not found something else - it can help
troubleshooting lot

Is this releasable, and pending QA review for inclusion in 1.1.4?

Yes, fixed that particular issue.

In the future one should be also able to debug such issues with --verbose flag. This is not to replace proper error messages, it's to have alternative.

two months ago, I added libc error message to the pmm-admin output in PR#21,
because it was totally impossible to debug what is going...
