Better message when filter search returns nothing

Description

As a PMM User, I need to see an error message about Not found results if I've added some filters and it provides 0 results so that I can understand what to do next

Instead of the TOTAL line, we need to display Warning Message
Warning Message text: Sorry, there is nothing found by your filtering conditions. Try to remove some conditions from the filters to see data. (TBD,, PTAL )
