Improve error handling for PSMDB when the wrong encryption key is used

Description

Hi,

STR:
1. start PSMDB, DB is encrypted with some key
2. change key on KMIP server (so that name remains the same but value changes)

Actual result:
PSMDB crashes when KMIP server has wrong encryption key

Expected:
PSMDB exits correctly

PSMDB log is attached.
